The SAP PM Console page allows you to:

To open the SAP PM Console, select SAP PM > SAP PM Console.

Import WRO data - Triggers a full sync of the SAP WRO data with the configured SAP server. All new and changed work orders and notifications are imported in j5 along with any operations that are linked to the work orders.
Importing WRO data might take some time when large datasets and several changes need
to be imported. The status message disappears when the import is complete.

Remap WRO data - Updates the mapping information when the mapping of the functional locations and areas or the equipment to asset mapping has changed (for example, when a change is made in the SAP Maintenance Plant Map application and SAP Functional Locations application).

Import from SAP - Triggers a full sync of the SAP PM data (functional locations, equipment and so on) with the configured SAP server.

Apply Asset Mapping - Triggers a sync of the imported SAP Equipment to the j5 Asset Register. This should be done when the functional location are mappings have been updated and these changes should be reflected in the asset register.
The asset mapping is updated when the SAP PM data is synced (when Import from SAP is selected). The Apply Asset Mapping option allows you to update the mapping without importing all the SAP data.

Download - Downloads an XLSX file containing the current area mapping for the functional locations. The XLSX file can be edited to update the functional location and area mapping. (Refer for Update the functional location and area mapping for more details.)

Upload - Uploads the updated XLSX file.

When the upload is successful, a Recent Upload section appears displaying the number of changes. It displays the date and time of the upload, the number of areas changed (black number), the number of functional locations enabled (green number), and the number of functional locations disabled (red number).

When the upload is unsuccessful, a Upload Errors section appears displaying the error information.
