Update 61 introduced the ability to automatically resolve design-based conflicts and display only the conflicts related to objects and their properties in the change action workflow.
To enable this feature, perform the following steps:

Copy the latest version of the MSR Change Actions Workflow template, and use the copied version.

Update the HEX Change Actions Workflow template that you are using, by doing the following in the Desktop Client:

For the Are conflicts available step, assign Auto resolve conflicts step as the reject step.

For the Auto resolve conflicts step, assign Change status to design as the success step and Validate conflicts as the reject step.

Click Administration > API Services > Regenerate Metadata to refresh the metadata.
