You can configure the Schema End Point in Server Manager so that Smart Administration uses HxGN SDx as the source for Common Schema objects and extensions when creating mappings for the design tools in your system. Smart Administration can then communicate between the integrated tools using schema objects that are all in the same format. Smart Administration can read the following objects:

To configure the SDx Integration Schema End Point, using the following steps:

In Server Manager, select a SDx site in the tree view, and click Tools > Configure SDx Integration Schema End Point.

Enter the authorization provider's URL and details in the Configure Schema End Point dialog.

If the site uses the Smart API Manager (SAM) for authorization, the SAM Base URL is automatically populated by default. You then enter the user details in the Smart API Manager Connection Details dialog.

If the site uses an external authorization provider, such as Okta, you need to configure the Schema End Point for the external authorization provider. You then enter the details for the OAuth provider in the External OAuth Provider Settings dialog. The OAuth Issuer URL is automatically populated by default.
