Provides options for applying a fall to a section of routed pipe.
Value
Specifies a value for the fall. Choose one of the available options: Angle in Degrees, Ratio (1:n), Percentage, Gradians, and Incline (mm/m). After you enter a value for one of the options, the software calculates the corresponding value for each of the remaining four options.
Fall to the
Specifies which end of the pipe is higher. The available options are dependent on the route direction of the selected section of pipe. If the pipe runs N-S, the options are North and South. If the pipe runs E-W, the options are East and West.
Existing dimensions
Specifies whether the existing dimension is to be taken as the orthogonal dimension or the hypotenuse dimension.
If you select Make Orthogonal, then the dimensions of existing straights in the pipe will change (component lengths are fixed).
The Existing dimensions settings are available only if the pipe is already dimensioned.
