Extraction data helps you troubleshoot drawing generation errors by enabling you to review the input and style data associated with the isometric drawings that you produce with Smart Isometrics. You can view the log file and PCF data for each extraction. After you review the data, if you need additional assistance identifying and resolving the isometric drawing error, you can easily and quickly package the extraction data into a .zip file, and then submit that data to Customer Support.
In Spoolgen, select View > Log Files > Generation Logs Command to access, review, and submit extraction data. In Smart Isometrics, select View > Generation Logs Command.
