# Go to Task Plans, choose an existing one with an active checklist # In the View Only Responsibility add Checklist Viewer # In the Performed By Responsibility field select Checklist Performer # Choose a second Task Plan with an active checklist # In the View Only responsibility field choose the same one, Checklist Viewer # In the Performed By responsibility choose a different one from the first Task Plan # Go to User Setup look for your user # Go to Responsibilities tab add Checklist Viewer and the Performed By responsibility from the second Task Plan # Go to Work Orders create a new one 10. Go to Activities tab add the 2 Task Plans in the same order of modification 11. Go to the Checklist tab, select the second activity *Actual results:* You can only see the checklist but not modify it. *Expected Results:* Be able to modify the checklist as the permissions are added. 12. Go to User Setup | Responsibilities, add the permissions for the first Task Plan 13. Go back to the checklist and reload it 14. Complete all the checklist items and save 15. Go to User Setup | Responsibilities, delete the responsibilities from the first Task Plan and then add again the ones from the second Task Plan 16. Go back to checklist, reload it *Actual results:* Like the first one is completed you can now complete the second one. *Expected results:* Do not need to complete the first one to be able to modify the second one. |
