 Description 

Steps to reproduce:

# Go to Equipment Screen( A/P/S) and select a record from the list view where availability status is blank.

# Right mouse click and choose update field.

# Select contract equipment.

# Enter new value as checked.

# Click Submit.

Actual result

Receive error '0 records were processed successfully. X records are in error.'

Expected result

Receive error that contract box cannot be checked when availability status is blank.
