When a WO is generated from a PM Schedule and the PM Activity has a task plan, the WO Activity is first added, then deleted and added back. *Steps to reproduce:* _Administration | Security | Audit Setup_ # For table R5ACTIVITIES, setup an audit for field ACT_ACT, for update, insert and delete _Work | WO Planning | PM Schedules_ # create a PM Schedule of type Fixed and add an activity with a task plan with checklist items # on the Equipment tab, add an equipment record and set a frequency (Perform Every fields) for the PM WO, for example 1 week, and due date set as Today _Work | Process | Release Individual PM WOs_ # Find the new WO for the PM-Equipment of steps 2-3 and update the status from A to R and submit, to release it _Work | Work Orders_ # Find the newly released WO and select it, then access the Activity tab to select the only available activity # Right click on the screen and select Audit Trail *Expected result:* The activity audit trail should just show one record for insert *Actual result:* The activity audit trail shows for the exact same timestamp two actions of insert and one of delete. |
