As a Learning Admin, you can see the who, what, why, and when behind every update made to qualification pathways and competencies. Every time a user makes an update to either component, whether it's changing the name, adding or removing nodes, or updating content within a node, the user is prompted to add a version comment. You have access to all of those version comments.
