After you create competency types and competencies, start creating your qualification types.
Qualification types are a way to organize qualifications and certifications. Perhaps the people in your organization need to operate different types of vehicles (forklifts, cranes, trucks). You can create a qualification type for Vehicle Operations and then create qualification pathways for Forklift Operator Qualification, Crane Operator Qualification, re-certifications, and so on. Qualification types must be defined before the learning admin can create qualifications and build qualification pathways.

From the left navigation bar, go to Qualification pathway types
and click Create.

Enter a name and description for the qualification type.

Click Create.
