Approvals can only be configured on sections that have a Submit button.
When approvals are configured on a section

Approve and Reject buttons appear next to the section's Submit button. These buttons normally have the label of the assigned user group or role displayed alongside.

The section needs to be submitted before it can be approved.

All of the section's approvals need to be approved before the section's status changes to Complete.
Approval permissions can be assigned to a

User rights group - For example, when the Supervisor user rights group has been assigned one of the section's approval roles, any supervisor can approve the section.

IndustraForm role - IndustraForm roles can be configured on an IndustraForm to control its workflow permissions. These roles are assigned to specific users.
When a section is rejected

The section's status changes to Rejected when any of the assigned approvers click Reject.

The section will need to be revised before it can be resubmitted and approved. The existing section approvals are cleared, when Revise is clicked.

The section will need to be approved by all of the assigned approvers again when the section is resubmitted.
