The list view can be exported to the following file formats:

XLS or Microsoft Excel format - A spreadsheet with text formatting

CSV or comma-separated values - A spreadsheet without text formatting

PDF or Portable Document Format - A document for sharing and printing
The PDF option isn't available when the PDF/A format is enabled.

Print - The list view printed in a clear and print-friendly format.
To export or print the list view:

Select Export.

Select the export format or print option you want.

Select the information you want to export:

Export/Print all rows on the page - Exports all the entries on the current page.

Export/Print all rows in filter - Exports all the entries in the current results lists, including those on other pages.

Export/Print X rows - Exports a fixed number of rows from the current results list.

Use Legacy Export - Select this checkbox if you want to include the colors and styling in the export. This is slower than the default export and it is only available for XLS exports.

Include filter - Select this checkbox to include the details of the filter query in the header of the exported report.

Select Generate or Print to create the report. The exported report downloads automatically.

When the Print option is used, the list view opens in print-friendly format in a new browser tab. Press Ctrl+P to open the print settings.

Sublog information (the information on logbook tabs that display additional information about the entry or item) can't be exported.
