Individual PPE Groups, and PPE items can be added or edited on the PPE Register configuration page. To add or edit multiple entries use Risk assessment import.

To open this configuration page, click Configuration in the navigation bar and select PPE Regsiter.

Add a PPE Group

  1. Click Add .

  2. Enter a name for the PPE Group.

  3. Set the Order for the group. This determines the order the group's are shown on the risk analysis section of a form.

  4. Click Save .

Add PPE to a PPE group

  1. Open the PPE group you want to add PPE to.

  2. Click Add .

  3. Enter a description for the PPE item.

  4. Click Save .

Delete a PPE Group or PPE item

  1. PPE groups and PPE items can only be deleted using the risk assessment spreadsheet import.

  2. Download the Risk Assessment template, it is populated with the current PPE Register.

  3. In the downloaded spreadsheet Delete the PPE entry from the PPE sheet and all references to that PPE item on the Hazards and Controls sheet.

  4. Perform a full import of first the PPE sheet then the Hazards and Controls sheet. The PPE item is deleted from the register.
