Individual Hazard Groups, Hazards, and, Controls can be added or edited on Hazards and Controls configuration page. To add or edit multiple entries we recommend that you use the Risk assessment import configuration page.
To open this configuration page, click Configuration in the navigation bar and select Hazards and Controls.
Add a Hazard Group

Click Add
.

Enter a name for the Hazard Group.

Click Save

Add a hazard to a hazard group

Open the hazard group you want to add a hazard to.

Click Add
.

Enter a name for the Hazard.

Select a hazard icon to represent the hazard.
To see what each icon represents, refer to Hazard Icons.

Click Save

Add a control to a hazard

1Open the hazard you want to add a control to.

Click Add
.

Enter a description for the control.

If the control is mandatory, select Yes.

Select the PPE required for the control. For details refer to PPE Register.

Click Save

Delete a hazard or control
Hazards and controls can only be deleted using the risk assessment spreadsheet import. Refer to Risk assessment import for more information.
