Risk management forms can only be added in their permit sublog (they can’t be added in their module).

To add a risk management form to a permit:

  1. Open the permit and then select the Risk Management sublog.

  2. Click next to the risk management type you want.

  3. Complete the form. Some input boxes can be left blank, but all the boxes marked as required need to be completed.

  4. Click Save

  5. When the form is ready for approval, click Submit. Its status changes to Awaiting Approval.

Existing risk management forms can’t be linked to a new permit. Only new risk management forms can be added to a permit.

Risk management forms can be deleted from their permit sublogs when their permit is in the Drafting or Requested state. The risk management form’s status doesn’t affect the ability to delete them (for example, the risk management form can be Approved, but if they’re attached to a Requested permit, they can still be deleted). They can no longer be deleted when the permit has been approved.
