About this task
Remove unwanted statements from the database.
Statements do not appear in the statement search as unused until the content is saved.
This could impact other content so ensure the statement is not used elsewhere before
deleting.
Procedure

On the menu, navigate to Search and click Statements.
The system displays the Statements window.

Start typing the text of the statement you want to delete and click Search.
You can also refine your search using the available filters.

Click the red "x" icon next to a statement.

At the top of the results page, click Delete the selected statement.
The statement is removed from the database.

Confirm the deletion by clicking OK.
