Field

Definition & Information

Action Number

Auto-generated unique identifier for the action

Title

A brief title of the action.

Description

A detailed description of the action.

Status

When you create an action, the status is ‘Unreleased’. As different users take the action through the workflow, the Status will proceed to ‘Released’, ‘In progress’’, ‘Completed - Awaiting Approval’ and finally onto ‘Closed’.

Category

General categorization of the action.

Source

Defines the source of the action. This source can refer to a different j5 application like Incident Management.

Priority

The priority of the action: normal, high or critical.

Site, Section, Area, Unit

The Operational Area for which the entry is applicable.

Target Start Date

When the execution of the action is scheduled to start

Target Due Date

When the action is scheduled to be completed

Responsible Person

User primarily responsible for the action.

Approver1, Approver2, Final Approver

Users to approve the action before it can be closed.

Escalate to

User to escalate to after set time period. This escalation will be in the form of an email.

Attachments

Documents providing additional context for the created action

Supporting Attachments

Supporting documents added by the responsible person in completion of the action.

Initiator

User that initiates the action. Defaults to logged in user.
