Default rules

The following synchronization rules apply to all IndustraForm entries:

  • The entries are synced when they are visible to the signed in user.

  • The entries that were created within the last 30 days are included.

  • The default limit for the number of entries synced per application is 100. These are the entries that were most recently created.

When IndustraForm entries are added on a device:

  • The entries remain on the device until either the local cache is cleared manually, or a different user signs in and the local data is cleared.

  • The entry is removed from the device when it is more than 5 days old and it falls outside of the filter criteria.

  • The entry is removed from the device when it has completed its workflow, and it's outside of the filter criteria.

Some forms are only removed from the device when you sign out.
