A reload might be required if j5 Mobile becomes unresponsive. Reload syncs the data but also effectively restarts the j5 Mobile application (a complete application reload).
To reload j5 Mobile:

Select an application tile.

in the application header bar.

Select Reload. j5 Mobile reloads (not just the open application).
