Log in to the Spoolgen Web Client with an administrator account.

On the Welcome page, click Settings
> Access Groups 
on the navigation bar to display the Settings page. If prompted, log in to Smart API Manager using Integrated Windows Authentication
(IWA).

Select an access group in the Access Groups panel. The Projects panel updates to display a list of the projects that currently belong to the selected access group. If the selected access group contains no projects, the Projects panel is empty.

Click New Project
in the Projects panel to open the Add projects ... dialog. The dialog lists all the projects that are currently available in the database.

Select the check box for each project you want to add to the selected group. Use the Search box to quickly locate a specific project. As you type into the box, the system filters the projects list accordingly.
Click Select All to select all the projects in the list.

Click ADD to add the selected projects to the access group.
To remove a project from an access group, locate the project in the Projects panel, and then click the minus sign ( - ) at the far right of the project name.
