You can access analytics constructed from client telemetry using the Intergraph Smart Licensing Portal. The analytics include information about usage across your company, broken down by product, license type, and keystore. The analytics dashboards allow you to explore usage over months, days, and individual usage sessions.
This information contains personal data, such as the user name, machine name, remote
machine name, and remote user name, which is always encrypted when stored at rest
or transferred. Before being granted access to personal data in the analytics dashboards,
customers must sign the Intergraph Smart® Licensing (ISL) Access & Decryption Acknowledgment
