Provides the ability to specify when you want the software to notify you if there are status or priority changes to a task in the To Do List assigned to a drawing.
A document with a To Do List is open
When this option is enabled, the software displays the following message when you open a document that contains a To Do List:
Item Status
Specifies that the software inform you when the status of the To Do List task meets the criteria you define. You can select from the following statuses: Open, Reviewed, Complete, Rejected and Resolved. When the item meets the criteria you have specified, the software displays a message similar to the following:
Item Priority
Specifies that the software inform you when the priority of the To Do List task meets the criteria you define. Four priority levels are available, with 1 being the highest level of priority and 4 being the lowest level of priority.
