Sign into the 000 client.

Send a message to the other SAP users informing them that they shouldn't use the system while it's in maintenance.

Enter the T-Code SAINT: /nsaint and select the Uninstallable components tab.

Select the components you want to uninstall, and select Start. The Start Options dialog appears.

Select OK. The process of uninstalling the files begins.

If a PAT file is locked in a transport request due to modification, this means that objects within the PAT file has been modified since installation. You will get this screen. Take the appropriate action.

When the file is uninstalled, select Finish.
The Sending the runtime analysis dialog appears.

Select the option you want: Send, Display, or Do not send.
