In line with best practices of system administration, we recommend that you schedule regular backups of the j5 Production server and the j5 Database server to lessen the risk and impact of the loss or corruption of production data.
All of the j5 data backups should be transferred to a secure isolated location (for example, cloud storage or servers in a separate data center).
j5 data restores should be managed by system administrators.
