If you've always accessed the Hexagon University site using your Smart Cloud login credentials, whenever you wish to access training on Hexagon University, you will need to make that choice when you access the site.
If you would like the added convenience of being able to log in to Hexagon University directly using a password, without going through Smart Cloud, please follow this procedure:

Navigate to the Hexagon University home page (https://university.hexagonali.com/).

Select Log In > Log In with Email.

On the Log in to your account screen, click Forgot your password?

Enter the email address that is associated with your Smart Cloud account and click Reset Password.

Complete the process as directed by the email you receive.
If you do not see the email in your inbox after a few minutes, you may need to search your Spam folder or, if applicable, your email server’s quarantine list.

After you have set a password on the site, you may then access the site either using your Smart Cloud credentials or by logging in directly to Hexagon University with your email and password.
