Results are dependent on the permissions assigned to the account used to obtain the
access token for running the API. For example:

If the account does not have a role with the ability to see archived content, then archived content details will not be included in the API results.

If the account is assigned roles within a lower level domain instead of the Global domain, then the results will only include details from the domains to which the account has access.

If the account does not have a role for content secured by access roles, then those content details will not be included in the API results.
All date fields in the search filters and the JSON responses from the APIs are in
the UTC time.
