Select a model in the Project Management tree.

Click Tools > Project Settings > Configure Default Colors to open the Default Color Configuration Dialog.

Click Insert Row .
The software adds a blank row to the grid and sets the focus to the Object Type box.

Click in the Object Type box, and then click to access the object type hierarchy, and then select Piping > Piping Parts > Pipes as the object type.

Select Green in the Style (Color) list.

Click in the Criteria box, and then click to open the Filter Properties Dialog.

Use the criteria listed below to define a filter based on the Fluid Code property.

Set Object type used as the basis for property identification to Piping > Piping Parts > Pipes.

Set Relationship to Pipeline to Piping parts.

Set Related object type to Systems > Pipelines.

Set Display Properties in this category to Standard.

Select Fluid Code in the Select one or more properties grid.

Click OK to return to the Filter Properties dialog box.

Select = in the Operator list, select P, Process in the Value list. and then click OK.

Save your changes in the Default Color Configuration Dialog.

To see the new rule in the proper section, click Tools > Project Settings > Configure Default Colors on the root level of the model.

Expand the Piping discipline. Two rules are listed for Pipes:

Select the new rule created for FluidCode = P.

Click the Move Up command until the new rule moves one row about the Default Pipes rule, and then save your changes.

Select the model in the Project Management tree, and then click Tools > Project Settings > Apply Default Colors to update the style IDs.

Open a new session and define your workspace. The software displays the pipes in green.
