When you start the report, you are prompted to make a selection for the following parameters:

  1. Output (Preview, File, Printer).

  2. Name of the file (if Output is File).

  3. File format of the report (dflt, htm, pdf).

  4. Language code (English, German).

  5. Layout code (report header/footer).

  6. Pipe class dependency (Yes or No).

  7. Selection of a table of values with range detail.

  8. Which commodity codes (wildcards can be used).

In addition to the output format (for example, Previewer), you can generally choose the HTML format to get an HTML file. This file can be published to the intranet and displayed with your browser without having a client installation.

If the report exceeds more than one page, the header and footer will be repeated on each page.
