In the Options section, you can set runtime options for the export job. The available options are listed below.

Simulate Only - If you choose to only simulate, the job fills the jobs interface tables as in non-simulation mode, but the result is not copied to the export destination interface tables (inventory). The selected data table in the destination is not locked in simulation mode.

The goal is that you can see the result of the run, without changing any data.

You should not export simulated results to an Excel sheet and send it to Smart 3D. That would be dangerous because the data in the Smart Reference Data/Smart 3D inventory and in the real Smart 3D would deviate.

This indicator is not used in the current release.

Ignore Errors - If this option is selected, the job does not stop on errors that can be handled. The job ignores errors on a data table and proceeds to process the other selected data tables. The errors encountered while processing data tables are logged in the log files.

At the end of the export job, a summary log is created, along with other log files. This summary log lists the number of data tables processed successfully and the number of data tables skipped due to errors.

Transfer To Production - This check box indicates that the export job is a transfer job from a test destination to the production destination. The test destination acts as the data source, and the production destination acts as the destination. The export job considers the differences between the test destination data and the production destination data, and only the differences go into the bulk load. The production destination appears in the Production Destination field next to the Destination field.
