You can stop and restart the Rules processor queue.
When you stop the queue, the chunk of data currently processing is finished, then the queue stops.
When you restart the queue, the queue deletes and recreates the SPC Rules Processor Scheduler task. Restarting the queue can be helpful if the SPC Rules Processor Scheduler task is locked or fails.

Log on to SmartPlant Foundation Desktop Client as an administrator.

Click Smart Construction > Find > Administration > Queues.

In the Find dialog box, type the name of the queue and click OK.

Right-click the Rules processor queue and select Queue > Stop.

Right-click the Rules processor queue and select Queue > Start.

By default, Smart Construction delivers all queues turned off. You must start the queues in order to use them.
In the Smart Construction client, click Administration > Queue Status to view number of items processed for each queue, and enable or disable the queues. You can enable or disable the following queues:

Rules of Progress

Retrieve Data
-
Process Data in Chunks

Process Rollups
-
Collect Components
