Log onto the Web Client with a user that has permissions to manage constraints.

Select a constraint, and click Actions
> Update.
Completed constraints cannot be updated.

Edit the properties you want to change.
Read-only properties that cannot be edited in the Web Client are displayed in gray.

Click Update.
When entering date values in the Web Client, validation rules are not able to be
applied to the dates as they would be in the Smart Construction client application.
