Problem
When you select a component object in a 3D composite model, one or more unrelated objects are highlighted in addition to the component you originally selected. Additional selected objects cannot be unselected.
Solution
This problem has occurred in previous versions of Smart Construction where the 3D Viewer is unable to properly distinguish unique instances of the component objects within a composite model. Later versions have corrected this problem.
If you encounter this problem, ensure all required software matches the versions specified by the Software Requirements found in SmartPlant Construction Hardware and Software Recommendations, and then re-retrieve the affected models and regenerate composites.
