Comments > Edit
Displays the Edit Comments dialog box, which allows you to view or change the attributes of the active comment.
If the message Comment display is currently off displays, click Comments > Display > All to view comments in the view.

Click Comments > Edit or click Edit Comment
on the Tools MiniBar.

Select the comment Number to edit.

Type the Text for the comment.
You can also type a URL address (such as www.hexagonppm.com) to access a valid website,
or open a document (file:///[drive]:\[folder name]\[file name]).

Select Show action to display action text associated with the comment.

Select Active only, All, or None for the Display option.

On the Attributes tab, type or select the values for the properties.

On the Symbology tab, click Edit to change color values for the comment.
