Click SmartPlant > Non-UI Command > Revise.

Select one or more documents from the Select Documents dialog box, and click OK.

Select the revision scheme you want to use from the Select Revision Scheme dialog box, and click OK.
You can only select one revision scheme per document.

In the Document Revision No UI dialog box under To Reserve, enter the next available Major or Minor revision numbers.
The next available revision is displayed at the bottom of the Document Revision No UI dialog box.

Click OK. A message box displays the status of the revise operation.
