The developer of a SmartPlant-enabled publishing tool has the option of enabling the Engineering Tool button on the SmartPlant Common UI Revise and Publish dialog boxes by providing a class that implements ISPToolDocs. SmartPlant Client calls the ISPToolDocs GetUserSelections method when you click the Engineering Tool button. This allows you to add documents to the Revise or Publish dialog box tree view.
