Select Start > Run.

In the Run box, type the full path to the Import Manager executable file on your computer followed by a letter that signifies the link type and the link name. The following link parameters exist:
A - Association link
D - Data link
G - A link group
L - LookUp Table link
R - Data Deletion link
S - Select List link
For example:
C:\Program Files (x86)\SmartPlant\Electrical\bin\SPELImportManager.exe" /D [LinkName]
If you forget one of the above link parameters, type a question mark instead of the
link parameter and the link name like so:
C:\Program Files (x86)\SmartPlant\Electrical\bin\SPELImportManager.exe" /?
This opens the Run Options dialog that displays all the available parameters. -
Select OK in the Run dialog.
Running the data link creates and calculates related data for imported properties.
