A database can contain thousands of materials. One method you can use to reduce the
number of materials that are being displayed is to use the various Show Only commands to limit the display to a specific item group. Another method, and one that
refines the filtering even further, is to apply a filter. You can toggle on and off
the current filter using Turn ON/OFF Filter 
on the toolbar.
No filters are delivered with the software. However, you can use the Filter Builder to create and save your own. You can filter on properties, attributes, or bores, as well as any combination of these three items.
Filters are saved as .xml files on the local computer in a subfolder under the current isometric project folder.
