Click SmartPlant > Get Document Names.

Enter the values in the Get Document Names Input dialog box, and click OK.

Select one or more items in the Select Document Names dialog box.
One or more Microsoft Excel files are created with the name of the document selected. If the document is related to the PBS node, the PBS node UID appears in the PBS sheet in the Microsoft Excel file.
The Microsoft Excel files are placed in the [ToolPlantName]_ReservedDocumentForTool folder under the Test files folder.
