Over short and damaged reports are created by the recipient of shipments and notified to the shipper. OSD reports consist of items listed in the shipping documents which are over-shipped, short-shipped, or in a damaged condition.The process of OSD takes place at the various levels of the supply chain.

Here are the following ways you can create an OSD:

  • By Agreement

  • By Release Note

  • By Package

  • By Package Items

  • By Transfer

  • By Direct Receive

  • By Header

  • By Inventory

Depending on the Receive Type used to create the OSD Report, the MRR Type is populated on the OSD Overview screen.
