The Bolting Options dialog box provides options that allow the following:

  • The addition of the length and diameter of bolts to the bolt item code

  • The creation of additional bolts within a specified range.

  • User specification of wafer components.

  1. In the Settings dialog box, expand the PDMS Settings node.

  2. Select Bolting.

    The Bolting Options dialog box appears.

  3. Use the tabs in the dialog box to define the necessary settings, and then click OK.
