CADWorx Equipment Library Editor Home: Custom Shapes
Displays the custom shapes in the library in a tree view format.
Use the right click menu to create and edit categories and custom shapes, or use the buttons provided.

Add Category - Insert a new category at the bottom of the list. |

Add Custom Shape - Insert a new custom shape at the bottom of the list.
|
|
|
Delete Item - Remove the highlighted item from the list. |
A category needs to be added before a custom shape can be added.
Click Choose image... to select an image to represent the custom shape.
Custom Shape Properties:

Name |
Assign or edit the name of the component. |

Description |
Assign or edit the description of the component. |
|
Default Size |
Assign or edit the default size of the component. |
|
Placement Type |
Select Attachment or In-line. |
|
Layer |
Select the layer of the component. |
|
Color |
Select the color of the component. |
|
Group |
Select the group of the component. |
|
Material |
Select the material for the component. |
Custom Shape Sizes:

Add Model Size - Insert a new model size at the bottom of the list. |
|

Delete Model Size - Remove the highlighted size from the list. |

Size |
Assign or edit the name of the size. |

Drawing Path |
Assign or edit the file path to the Dwg block. |
|
Drawing Name |
Assign or edit the name of the Dwg file. |
|
Block Name |
Assign or edit the name of the Dwg block. |
|
Scale |
Enter a value for the scale. |
|
Weight |
Enter a value for the weight. |
|
Point |
Open the Show Geometry Point Interface. The geometry point allows you to define the insertion point for the custom shape. |
