Specifies the magnitude of the displacement to be applied.

The form of the harmonic displacement function is:

D(t)=(A)*cosine(wt-f)

where "D(t)" is the displacement as a function of time, "A" is the maximum amplitude of the dynamic displacement. "w" is the frequency of the excitation (in radians per second), and "f" is the phase angle (in radians).
