delete managers group:{m,o} ... [server]
Removes manager and/or operator privileges from the specified user(s) or group(s). The Administrators group cannot be removed.
You can delete managers and operators on the same line. You can also delete multiple users, groups, or a combination of users and groups, at the same time.
You must use one of the following suffixes at the end of each account:

Manager privileges are required to use this command.
