Right-click any item in the Management Console or in the Detail View.

On the shortcut menu, click Refresh. The software checks the model for any differences. The drawing icons change to reflect the status of the documents compared to the model.
After refreshing a folder or component, you can synchronize it with the model by right-clicking the item and then selecting
Update (drawings by rule) or Update Now on the shortcut menu.
