Indicates an attribute definition on the requisition header level.

A REQ_ATTR line is optional, but it can only follow a REQ_1, REQ_2, REQ_NLS, or REQ_ATTR line. Otherwise, all data records are skipped until the next occurrence of REQ_1 (or higher in the line type hierarchy), and a warning is given.

Line structure:

Line Type: REQ_A
Value 1: Attribute code

Format: Character(30)
Value 2: Attribute value

Format: Character(255)

The attribute value will be checked with the value on A.50.21 Attached Attributes. This means, the value must match the date format and the length of the attribute as defined on A.50.01, and the value must satisfy the valid values or the ‘derived from‘ clause if any have been defined.

If an attribute is marked as locked (Locked option on the A.50.21 Attached Attributes screen is selected), it cannot be updated.
