The P.50.19 Agreement Cross Reference screen can be used to show cross references among agreements, inquiries, and requisitions.

In the first (Agreements) block, you can view all agreements except for manual purchase orders and change orders.

The name (number) of the agreement is displayed in the Agreement Number field, with its supplement in the Suppl field. If you have the ASSIGN BUYER privilege, or you have the BUYER privilege and you are assigned to this agreement as the buyer, you can double-click in the Agreement Number field or click the Go Agreement button at the bottom of the screen to open the P.50.07 Maintain Agreement screen where the details of the selected agreement cycle are displayed.

The agreement short description is displayed in the Short Desc field. The Supplier field shows the name of the supplier assigned to this agreement with the company name in the Company Name field.

If any CO was created for this agreement, the name (number) of the highest change order is displayed in the Change Order field, with its supplement in the Suppl field.

The Type field shows the agreement type. The Origin field shows the origin of the agreement.

The buyer assigned to this agreement is displayed in the Buyer field, the expediter assigned to this agreement in the Expediter field, and the user responsible for traffic in the Traffic field. The level of expediting is shown in the Expediting Level field, and the level of inspection in the Inspection Level field.

The Routing Method field shows the name of the routing method assigned to this agreement.

The date when the agreement was created is displayed in the Created On field, the date when the agreement was approved in the Approved Date field, and the date when the agreement was issued to the supplier in the Issued field. The approver is shown in the Approved by field.

The First/Last Delivery field shows the date for which the supplier promises to deliver the first/last item of the agreement.

You can click the Attributes button to open the A.50.21 Attached Attributes screen for the selected agreement or the highest change order (if any exists). For more information, see Attached Attributes.

In the Total Costs area, the total costs of the agreement are displayed grouped by currencies.

The Last Cost field shows the total costs of the agreement prior to the creation of a change order. The Changed Cost field shows the difference between the previous and the actual costs. Only in the case of a change order is the value different from 0 (zero). The Total Cost field shows the total cost of the selected agreement, including all other costs. The value is calculated by adding the Last Cost and Changed Cost values. The Currency field shows the currency of the displayed costs.

The Tax check box indicates whether the tax amount is to be calculated. The Tax Amount field shows the amount of the tax. The sum of the total costs and the tax amount is displayed in the Total Cost + Tax field. The Account Code field shows the account code to be used for taxes.

The second (Inquiries) block displays the inquiries associated with the selected agreement. The name (number) of the inquiry is displayed in the Inquiry Number field, with its supplement in the Suppl field. If you have the ASSIGN BUYER privilege granted, or you have the BUYER privilege granted and you are assigned to this agreement as buyer, you can double-click in the Inquiry Number field or click the Go Inquiry button at the bottom of the screen to open the P.30.11 Inquiries screen where the details of the selected inquiry are displayed.

The Purchase indicator shows whether this inquiry has been created for purchase. The Buyer field shows the name of the user who is assigned to the inquiry as buyer. The date when the inquiry was created is displayed in the Created On field.

The third (Engineering Requisitions) block displays the corresponding requisitions of the selected agreement. A double-click on item 'Engineering Requisition' opens the R.30.01 Maintain Requisitions screen for the displayed requisition.

The name (number) of the requisition is displayed in the Engineering Requisition field, with its supplement in the Suppl field. You can double-click in the Engineering Requisition field or click the Go Requisition button at the bottom of the screen to open the R.30.01 Maintain Requisitions screen where the details of the selected requisition are displayed.

The Purchase indicator shows whether the line items of this requisition can be used for purchasing and inquiries or only for inquiries. The Origin field shows the origin of the requisition. The requisition short description is displayed in the Short Desc field.

The date when this requisition was released to procurement is displayed in the Rel to Proc field. The Originator field shows the user who created this requisition.
