On the Pre-Bid Meeting tab, you can enter the date, time, location, and instructions for pre-bid meetings related to the selected inquiry.
Select the Required indicator to mark the meeting as required. In this case, you must enter the time of the meeting. The date and the time of the pre-bid meeting are entered in the Date and the Time field. In the Date field, a date LOV is available, and the Time field is a free text format field. The meeting location can be entered in the Location field, and any instructions for the bidder can be entered in the Instructions field.
