With the use of the Drop Zone functionality, you can copy and paste awarding data, for example from an Excel workbook.

To use this functionality, click the Drop Zone button. A window opens providing fields for Ident Code, Tag Number, Supplier, Seq, Split Seq and Alternate Number. Ident Code and Supplier Code are required (mandatory), the others are optional. In the case of Alternate Number, not entering a value will always be regarded as entering 0 (zero).

Each field can contain the content of a column from Excel with up to 65534 characters. If the data exceeds this limit, it is possible to use more than one data record, so that the complete content can be entered at once. After saving the data, click the Start button to process the awarding data and mark the corresponding quote details as selected.

If the process completes without errors, the drop zone window will be closed and the awarding data will show the updated selections.

If errors occur, the Show Error Log button is enabled so that you can display the list of data having errors with a detailed information about the error.

Clicking the Clear button will delete all records entered in the Drop Zone window and the corresponding error log.
