You can use the P.60.11 Proc/Req Status Overview screen to give you an overview of pending milestones in requisition planning. This screen allows you to quickly review the status of procurement activities.

This screen is a core workflow screen. For more information, see Core Workflow Screens.

In the first (Milestone Set and Label) block, select a milestone set from the LOV in the Milestone Set field and one of the corresponding labels from the LOV in the Label field, and then click the Query button to display all corresponding requisitions in the second (Pending Milestones) block.

If the selected milestone set contains a milestone of type 'Quote' that is linked with the date on which a PO requisition has been created (‘PO Req Date’), just inquiry-only requisitions are displayed. The dates for the milestones before PO requisition creation refer to the inquiry-only requisition; the dates after the creation of the PO requisition refer to the corresponding PO requisition(s).

If more than one PO requisition has been created for an inquiry-only requisition, the actual dates of the corresponding milestones are shown only if they have been reached for each of these PO requisitions. Likewise, the milestone 'PO Req Date' is only filled when all line items of the inquiry-only requisition have been placed on PO requisitions.

In the second (Pending Milestones) block, the requisitions linked to the selected milestone set are displayed. The Order by … radio group at the top allows you to order the data within the block:

  • by actual date (descending), requisition

  • by requisition

  • or by buyer, actual date (descending), requisition

The Engineering Requisition field shows the name/number of the requisition.

The origin of the requisition is shown in the Origin field. The origin represents the office that is responsible for the requisition.

The Buyer field shows the buyer assigned to this requisition.

The Planned field displays the date the event tracked by this milestone is planned to occur.

The Forecasted field displays the date the event tracked by this milestone is forecasted to occur.

The Actual field displays the date the event tracked by this milestone actually occurred.

Up to 21 milestone labels can be displayed on this screen, starting with the one selected in the first block and then ordered by the sequence of the labels. The prompt of the first of these items is always shown as 'Actual'. The prompts of the next items show the corresponding labels of the milestones.

The Split indicator is enabled if the requisition line items are assigned to more than one supplier.

The discipline of the engineering requisition is displayed in the Discipline field.

If a section was assigned to the requisition, this section is shown in the Section field.

The Originator field shows the name of the user who created this engineering requisition.

In the Comment field, the buyer can add a comment.

The Planned Equipment button is only enabled if any tag numbers are found on the selected requisition. You can click this button to open window 2, which shows all tag numbers assigned to this requisition on the P.60.01 Tagged Items Planning screen.

The tag number of the item is displayed in the Tag Number field. The comment entered on P.60.01 is displayed in the Description field. If the comment is empty and an ident is given to the tag number in the list position, the ident description is displayed instead.

The Bidders button is only enabled if the link status of the requisition is set to 'Linked' or to ‘Present’ in the Link to Req? field on the P.60.03 and P.60.05 screens and if there are inquiries attached to this requisition. You can click this button to open Window 3 to show all bidders assigned to this engineering requisition.

The bidders are displayed with the name in the Supplier field, the company name in the Company Name field, their country in the Country Code field, and the status in the Status field. The status is set to 'Declined' if at least one bid of the supplier is rejected. The status is set to 'Received' if at least one bid of the suppliers is received and no bid has been rejected.

You can click the Requisition Details button to open window 4 where the requisition is displayed with all its details.

In the first (Requisitions) block, the selected requisition is shown in the Engineering Requisition field with its origin in the Origin field.

In the second (Requisition Details) block, the requisition details are displayed. These details are the requisition name/number in the Engineering Requisition field, the highest requisition supplement in the Suppl (last) field, the origin of the requisition in the Origin field, and the 'Rel to Proc' date (released to procurement) for the lowest and the highest requisition supplement in the First and Last fields. If you start from an inquiry requisition, all order requisitions created by procurement are shown.

In the third (Tagged Item Details) block, the tagged items are displayed with the lowest requisition supplement in the Suppl (first) field, the tag number in the Tag Number field, and the ident description in the Ident Short Description field.

Records are only displayed in this block if idents of item rule 'TAB, 'TWM', or 'TOM' are placed on the requisition.

In the fourth (Order Details) block, the order details are displayed for the lowest and highest supplement.

The Order Number field shows the name/number of the order (lowest supplement).

If a client order number is assigned to the order, this order number (lowest supplement) is displayed in the Client Order Num field.
