To change a released isometric (locked node), you must create a revision of the node.
Open the B.20.01 Edit BOM screen, select the locked node, and click the B.20.01.06 Edit Node 
button.
Click Unrelease, and click Yes to acknowledge the message.
Another message appears. Click Yes to create a new revision.
